Call to the Wild
If you are bored of beef or lamb, OM Tapas brings good news to you. OM Tapas is introducing a collection of wild game recipe in Spanish style. The first strike will be venison with its flavour very distinct from beef and other red meats.
Our group’s chefs mix peppers with venison meat to give a refreshing taste and the highly decorative colour. Black pepper is added as venison meat lends itself well to spicy flavour. Olive oil caviar gives a magical touch to the dish. Caviar bursts in your mouth releasing the wonderful aromas of excellent Spanish olive oil which has not been modified with any additives. Eating experience is enhanced.
